Slapshot Sisters:  Book 1: Emma's New Hometown OUT NOW

Today we are celebrating the official release of Emma's New Hometown, the first book in the Slapshot Sisters series

Eight year old girl Emma Kimura just moved to Las Vegas with her family from Toronto, Canada. It's the beginning of the summer and she's lonely, homesick and bored. One day her dad signs her up for ice hockey with an all girls team called the Las Vegas Queens. Thanks to her new activity, she meets new friends, faces new challenges and learns about fighting through struggles. In this series, we follow the Queens as they navigate the world of youth hockey, great friends, mean boys and growing up playing a sport on the ice with 110 degree weather outside.
